Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Capture Manager. This is a full-time hybrid position in Mclean, VA.

- Lead capture efforts throughout the entire lifecycle, strategy development, proposal development, and client engagement that matures P-WI N
- Work closely with Business Development team to align strategic goals and objective s
- Identify and define win themes, discriminators, and assist in developing bid strategie s
- Participate in developing teams and partnerships within industry partner s
- Coordinate with technical teams and subject matter experts to create compelling proposals that meet client need s
- Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target agencies, potential partners, and vendor s
- Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and competitive landscape within the federal spac e
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations and executive briefs to senior leadership and client s
- Manage capture timelines and resources to ensure successful bid submission s
- Attend key conferences, events, meetings, trainings, and other strategic events as neede d
- Additional duties as assigne d

- 10 years' experience as a Capture Manager leading successful proposals for federal government contract s
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is required; or additional experience in lieu of degre e
- Proven track record of winning federal contracts within the federal government technology sector and establishing strong client relationship s
- Ability to develop effective capture strategies, win themes, and discriminator s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, federal clients, partners, vendors, and staf f
- Familiarity with CRM tools and capture management softwar e
- Ability to maintain and create detailed documentation leveraging the Microsoft tool Suit e
- Strong analytical and research skills required, and attention to detai l
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independentl y
