About the Role:
This is a part-time per diem position that requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will serve as a receptionist for our outpatient clinic, receiving phone calls, clients, and visitors, and preparing intake packets for prospective clients.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting client co-pays, entering data into billing software programs, scheduling psychiatrist appointments and hospital discharges, maintaining office supplies and machines, and keeping track of closed charts.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma and relevant office experience.
