Astor Services seeks an organizational effectiveness consultant to improve the performance and productivity of its staff.
The consultant will analyze current processes and systems and develop strategic solutions to address training needs and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and deliver training programs on topics such as effective communication, team building, and time management.
- Manage external training contracts and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Training to develop and implement training initiatives.
- Support the Agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work by developing specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI.
