Job Title: Professional Development Trainer
Location: Rhinebeck, NY
Description
The Training Coordinator will collaborate with the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and program leadership to provide a variety of trainings related to staff development and professional growth, effective communication, and wellness and self-care.
This position will focus on supervisory development and training, managing external training contracts, and supporting the Director of Clinical Training in implementing those initiatives.
The Training Coordinator will also support the Agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work by developing specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CHRO and program leadership to develop training programs
- Provide trainings on staff development, professional growth, effective communication, and wellness and self-care
- Manage external training contracts
- Support Director of Clinical Training in implementing external training initiatives
- Develop specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI
Requirements
An associate degree with at least 5 years of experience in training and development or a bachelor's degree in education, communication, or the social service field is preferred.
