Astor Services is looking for a staff training and development manager to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for its staff.
The manager will be responsible for identifying training needs and developing customized solutions that meet the agency's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as effective communication, team building, and time management.
- Manage external training contracts and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Training to develop and implement training initiatives.
- Support the Agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work by developing specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
