Motel Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns from staff and visitors..

Requirements

• Proficiency in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Experience with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, including schematics.
• Strong leadership skills to guide team members effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and visitors.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
