Night Auditor FT/PT

Duties Include:
As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting night audit procedures to balance and verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assisting with reservations and managing room availability
- Monitoring security cameras and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and guest satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Familiarity with phone systems and night audit procedures is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest issues with tact, diplomacy, and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
