Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Account Executive at Astound Business Solutions. The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for hunting, managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and sales(hunting)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills including RFPs
- Ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships
- Experience in creating and implementing strategic account plans
- Knowledge of the local Government industry and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
