A Day in the Life of the Business Operations Coordinator :
- Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.
- Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.
- Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.

Base Compensation : The base hourly range for this position is $24 / hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.
