- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including the ADOS-2 and other appropriate assessment tools.
- Provide clear diagnostic reports and recommendations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless service transitions to ABA therapy.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with insurance requirements.
- Contractual Agreement: Work as an independent contractor on a per-assessment or hourly basis.
- Full-Time Employment: Join our team with a salary, benefits, and a steady caseload.
- Shared Practice Model: Maintain your independent practice while partnering with us for referrals and shared revenue.
- Retainer Model: Be available for a set number of assessments per month with a guaranteed monthly retainer.
- Hybrid Model: Combine a base retainer with additional per-assessment compensation for flexibility.
