Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Build and Assemble Expresso Machines
Maintains a professional demeanor and communicates and interacts positively and effectively with customers and fellow employees.
Ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities
REPORTS TO: Division Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to:
- Mechanically assemble espresso machines from start to finish, from individual components and subassemblies using properly selected hand tools
- Completely wire electrical portion of machine using individual electrical components and wiring, according electrical schematics and build examples.
- Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Train new assemblers on workplace policies, procedures, machinery operation, and assembly techniques
- Document all assembly, inspection, and testing activities thoroughly and accurately
- Align machine components and parts to ensure correct positioning and fit
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals on schedule
- Install electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components and connect them properly
- Test operation of newly constructed machinery and mechanical devices
- Perform technician duties such as equipment service and repair on cooking and beverage equipment.
- Conduct inspections of parts and finished products, identify any defects, and document quality issues
- Assemble machinery and equipment according to company and customer specifications
- Follow assembly instructions precisely to construct machinery and equipment
- Address customer inquiries regarding product operation and repair.
- Resolution of customer problems in conjunction with equipment.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of warranty and repair parts.
- Process returned goods on a timely basis.
- Assist with new product testing and quality control.
- Perform related activities as assigned by supervisor.

- Conscientious and dedicated; accurate, must work well independently and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Beverage equipment repair experience a plus (ice machine, coffee, fountain, etc.)
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Starting Salary-$19-21hr
