What You'll Do :
- Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult / pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
- Collaborate with the patient and patient s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient s health progress
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
- Refer to specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
