Description
The Temporary Chart Abstractor will play a crucial role in supporting Accountable Care Organization (ACO) quality reporting by reviewing and abstracting clinical data from electronic health records (EHRs). This position is project-based, focused on meeting quality reporting deadlines and supporting the organization’s value-based care initiatives, including CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) reporting.
- Duration : Temporary position until project completion (anticipated March)
- Work Environment : Hybrid - primarily remote with up to 25% local travel required
- Schedule : Full time hours through completion of project
What You'll Do
Review and extract patient information from EHRs for ACO quality measures such as annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and chronic condition management.
Efficiently navigate multiple EHR systems to locate and extract relevant clinical information.
Collaborate with market teams and provider staff.
Ensure all abstracted data is accurate, complete, and in compliance with ACO quality measure requirements.
