- Routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between our organization and providers.
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state, federal regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories.
- Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities.
- Problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively.
- Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area.
- Other duties assigned by department Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in provider network scope of services.
- Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations.
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service, provider services or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work in the field and at home on a weekly basis.
- This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments. or projects. This could be 2-3 times per week, and also requires monthly visits to provider offices.
- Occasionally required to work overtime and /or during the weekend.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually and represents our national target range for this role.
