We are currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Network Strategy Specialist. The role will report to the Provider Relations Director and enable us to continue scale in the healthcare industry.

- Help define and enable rapid development of curated data and analytics
- Analyze markets, network development, and research activities of provider networks
- Develop, implement and execute on the network strategies for growth, retention, priorities
- Contribute to efforts in new and existing initiatives, project management, data processing and analysis, and presentation building simultaneously across multiple projects
- Learn to partner with teams from across our organization to execute projects, build workflows, and create processes that will allow the department to grow and scale
- Develop trusted relationships and maintain open lines of communication with providers through in-person visit, emails, phone
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliances
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
- Problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
- Work cross-functionally with Provider Relations, Business Development teams
- Collaborate across teams to communicate provider partnership strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback
- Other duties assigned by department leaders
- Bachelor's degree with experience in managed care is strongly preferred
- 3 years provider relations and/or business development experience
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.)
- Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area.
- Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Drive, El Monte, CA 91731.
- This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments or projects. This could be 2-3 times per week, and also requires monthly visits to provider offices.
- Occasionally required to work overtime and /or during the weekend. Must always have and maintain a reliable source of transportation.
- Our total compensation target pay range for this role is between $68,640.00 - $83,000.00. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role.
