Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 / year
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation healthcare platform—one that fuses AI, machine learning, and natural language processing with decades of physician expertise to drive smarter decisions in value-based care. As part of a mission-driven, cross-functional team, you'll play a key role in developing systems that empower providers, streamline care delivery, and improve outcomes across our managed care ecosystem.

- Design, test, deploy, improve, and maintain scalable backend and/or full-stack solutions that power clinical intelligence and operational tools
- Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, UX/Design, Engineers, and QA to execute mission-critical projects
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to translate real-world healthcare challenges into elegant software solutions
- Build and optimize APIs and services that integrate ML models and NLP pipelines into real-time workflows
- Champion best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and documentation
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and system design sessions to support team growth and technical excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related, or related experience
- 6 years relevant professional experience in software development
- Experience building APIs and automation using modern backend technologies at scale (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, or similar)
- Experience in some of the following: full-stack web application development, developing and designing large software systems, web scraping and other automation scripting, ETL and data pipelines, data science, machine learning
- Strong understanding of an Agile work environment and Agile SDLC
- Strong proficiency of front-end technology such as React.js/Redux
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Advanced proficiency with OOP languages such as Python and C#
- Strong knowledge of databases and ability to write complex and mission-critical SQL queries
- Strong general problem-solving and logical reasoning ability
- This is a remote role within the United States.
- The target pay range for this role is: $150,000 - $170,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
