The Senior Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the operational functions of the organization. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The Senior Director will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings, ensuring the organization meets its business objectives.
We are looking for a Senior Director with direct experience working in value-based care. This leader will play a role in managing operations around our ACO programs. We are looking for candidates who have experience with contracting and marketing within the healthcare space. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational success and strategy at an organization on the forefront of providing higher quality care at lower costs to patients across the nation!

What You'll Do
Leading the department’s operational infrastructure lane, including foundational activities such as provider and beneficiary communications and materials, training, binder / P&Ps, and marketing support, among others
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals
Oversee day-to-day operations of key business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the performance of operational teams.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
