Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 / year
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead the development and management of our tech products. This role will oversee a portfolio of tools that address provider performance, provider experience, care management, member and patient experience, utilization management, and prior authorization. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the value-based care domain.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure product strategies support broader organizational priorities.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Scale the product organization to meet the demands of a growing portfolio and customer base.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Leverage analytics to monitor product performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including providers and healthcare organizations, to gather feedback and refine products to meet user needs.
- Utilize deep knowledge of value-based care to design and deliver tools that enhance provider and patient outcomes.
- Address critical areas such as provider performance, care management workflows, and utilization management with innovative solutions.
- Serve as a key liaison between the product team and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Clearly articulate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in product management leadership roles in the value-based care space.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling product teams and technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of provider workflows, care management, utilization management, and patient experience tools.
- Expertise in product development, testing, analytics, and lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and execute effectively.
- Track record of delivering innovative solutions that address complex challenges in the healthcare domain.

- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $240,000 - $280,000. This range represents our national target range for this role.
