What You’ll Be Doing
As our Account Manager, you'll be the strategic lead across client projects—building relationships, managing deliverables, and ensuring our creative work aligns with each brand’s goals. You’ll also direct and manage content shoots, making sure every shoot is organized, on-brand, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a proactive, solutions-first approach
- Lead and direct in-person shoots across Oʻahu—coordinating schedules, visuals, and logistics
- Oversee marketing strategies and ensure smooth execution with our creative team
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance reporting
- Assist with projects and project management
- Guide and support internal team members, offering training and feedback as needed
- Bring ideas to the table that help grow both client success and Astrategy’s impact
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have intermediate photography and videography skills
- Know and love social media (as you'll be helping to manage our social media team to start)
