What Will You Do
As a Senior Director of Patient-Centred Development in Late Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patient-centric strategies are defined, implemented, and embedded early in program and study design across our organization. The role will be at Director or Senior Director level depending on your previous experience.
- With patient experience in focus, you will be working cross-functionally in a truly international environment with opportunities to engage with and influence key internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership vision of Patient Centricity and Clinical Trial Diversity within R&D goals and company core values.
- You will interview patient panels to incorporate their voices into clinical trial design and execution, ensuring that the needs, preferences, and experiences of patients directly shape how trials are structured and conducted.
- You will lead efforts to drive the adoption of patient- and site-centric tools and services across the portfolio.
- You will work closely with Early and Late CVRM clinical development teams, R&D Digital Health, and leaders from other therapeutic areas.
- You will collaborate with Commercial, Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Site Management and Monitoring, Clinical Operations, and external vendors or non-profits.
- You will foster innovative patient and site experiences through these collaborations.
