Come join us at eXp Realty – a 7x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!What you will do : Increase number of quality agents and the company as a wholeWork with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies to achieve company strategic growth goalsDevelop and refine procedures and best practices for building culture and agent attractionSupport all regional agents, Teams, and Mega Teams transitioning to eXpIdentify, attract, and evaluate agentsTrack incoming teams and brokerages and provide metrics to senior leadershipAssist agents across all revenue share groups with growth in assigned region by conducting attraction appointments and leading group attraction sessions (both live and in the cloud)Work with the USA Attraction Compliance Teams to learn and develop best practices and correct situations that are not in line with Company policy, in their respective region.Represent region (AK, OR, WA) while attending all Growth Ops StandupsDrive attendance at Cloud sessions and events and the Company’s major live annual eventsIncrease agent engagement with the company and the cloud environment through support at live regional events, special in-world regional events, building company culture, and continuously identifying the company’s value propositionWork closely with State Brokers within their region to create and support communication of all onboarding teams.Support regional agents and their sponsors as they transition to eXp Realty.Collaborate with the Onboarding team for a seamless transition for agents to eXp RealtySupport the Growth Staff with processes, guidance, and best practicesOther Accountabilities as AssignedHow you will grab our attention : Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experienceHigh School Diploma / GED requiredHolds an active real estate license (in one of these states - AK, OR, WA) with 5 years demonstrating strong leadership in the real estate industrySuccess in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforceAbility to lead and motivate others including a track record of growth and / or culture buildingExcellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in individual and group settings both internal and externalAble to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgmentPossess the highest degree of integrityWillingness and ability to travelIf you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!What eXp Realty Provides : Fully remote environmentFlexible Time Off401k with 4% match (immediate vesting)Company provided equipmentMonthly Technology StipendFSA & HSA with employer contributionsHealth & Wellness incentivesThe total base pay for this position starts at $120,000 / year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $150,000 / year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
