Job Description
Overview This role is designed for experienced professionals capable of independently executing Journey level work while also providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Your extensive technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills will be essential in guiding engineering teams on large-scale projects. You will be responsible for managing client communications, reviewing designs for compliance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform all functions of Associate and Journey Telecom Project Engineer, while also :
- Manage large-scale and highly complex projects by conducting in-depth engineering analysis and developing innovative conceptual designs.
- Formulate and implement innovative solutions to address challenging technical issues, while also providing support for operational matters as needed.
- Offer technical advice to project managers regarding scheduling and budgeting for various technical activities within complex projects.
