Farm Worker
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team at Astrid's Lavender Farm. As a farm worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations of our 10-acre property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cutting, bundling, drying, and processing lavender plants into various products
- Assisting with field maintenance, including cleaning up after winter storms
- Operating farm equipment, such as lawn mowers and tractors, under supervision
- Maintaining the children's playground, forest trails, and grassy parking areas
- Performing moderate lifting and standing for extended periods
Working Conditions:
The work environment is outdoors, with occasional exposure to inclement weather. You will be working under general supervision, with opportunities to advance to more responsibility based on your performance and interests.
