Required Qualifications / Skills
Security Clearance: Tier 3/Secret Security Clearance
Education
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/profession discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 years of which must be in the DoD

Responsibilities
- Analyze broad system technical protection issues common across all FMS programs
- Assist with the pre-acquisition definition and capabilities integration of requirements, acquisition principles, policies and procedures to the procurement of Air Force systems, System of Systems (SoS) and Families of Systems (FoS), subsystems and equipment supporting FMS
- Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing critical aspects of the development, production, and/or delivery of systems, subsystems, and equipment
- Conduct analyses including evaluation and validation; assist in pre- and post-award documentation; assist in developing and integrating RMPs and strategies and supporting program briefings
- Arrange and support various Integrated Product Team (IPT) actions
- Assist with the development of security requirements into LOA, Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL) and contractual commitments
- Recommend program protection and system security input for Statements of Objectives (SOOs), PWSs, RFPs, and CDRLs for assigned programs
- Guide Identifying Critical Program Information (CPI), assessing program threats, analyzing system vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations on alternative cost-effective security measures.
- Assist in the integration of US esport and technology control laws, DoD/Air Force policy and other applicable guidance into CPI/AT FMS Case protection planning
- Program protection advisor to the System Security Working Group (SSWG) or other security-related IPTs
