This position will support the Multispectral Camouflage Management (MCM) program at NSWC Dahlgren. This a journeyman level position requiring experience and accolades in engineering, electro-optical and infrared sensors, optics, basic image processing, modeling and simulation, data analysis, and technical report writing. This position is onsite 5 days per week.

Required Experience
- Four (4) to Nine (9) years of general Engineering experience
- U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, or physical science.
- U.S. Navy Combat Systems experience preferred
- Engineering fundamentals
- Electro-optical and Infrared sensors
- Optics
- Basic Image Processing
- Modeling and Simulation
- Data Analysis
- Technical Report Writing
- Familiarity with Python/MATLAB preferred but this position is not responsible for developing new scripts or writing code
- Strong communication skills
- The MCM program uses specific modeling tools to perform Modeling and Simulation, but prior experience with the specific models is not required.
