Responsibilities:
Astrion is seeking a MTT Trainer to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) MTT trainer will have knowledge or related expertise in C-UAS operations. Knowledge of Command and Control Systems, Kinetic C-UAS technologies, experience with complex DoD System of Systems capabilities, and knowledge of radar operations is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Planning for each MTT cycle, including scheduling, organizing and projecting of resources required, personnel required, unit support and facilities required to achieve operational objectives.
- Managing technical requirements in order for the MTT to accomplish its objectives.
- Managing, reviewing and writing Programs of Instruction (POI) and Training Support Packages (TSP) and technical manuals for accuracy and completeness.
- Be able to provide hands-on instruction on C-UAS systems and employment. Ensure student understanding and capability through evaluated hands-on and written testing.
- Communicate with PM C-RAM Leadership on MTT updates, status, and student feedback.
- Be able to deploy in support of overseas contingency operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level to start work and must be able to obtain TS clearance. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years-10 years' work experience or 9 years' experience with no degree
- Must demonstrate prior experience and expertise in program integration, scheduling, acquisition strategies.
- Must be able to deploy in support of overseas contingency operations. OCONUS deployments will have applicable medical requirements.
- May require the ability and willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Previous experience developing Integrated Master Schedules desired.
