ASTRION has an exciting opportunity for a Security Custodian/Assistant Special Security Officer (SPD) in support of the ARMY Division.

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: Dugway Proving Ground, UT

JOB STATUS: Full-time

TRAVEL: Estimated at 10%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience
• EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing classified documents, classified holdings list and classified systems.
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with:
    • AR 380-5, Information Security.
    • AR 380-28 Section 2-6, Special Security Officer (SSO).
    • DODM 5105.21, V.1-3, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
    • DoD Directive 5205.07, SAP Policy.
    • AR 380-381, Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM).
    • AR 530-1, Operations Security.

• ADDITIONAL:
  
  • Must be competent in basic computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all classified documents stored in the classified area (Secret and Top Secret), including:
  • Ensuring proper marking, storage, and tracking on the classified holdings list.
• Maintain and manage the classified holdings list and classified computer systems.
• Ensure the classified area passes inspection criteria for Information Security and Operations Security.
• Oversee and ensure compliance for classified spaces, including:
  • The collateral secret classroom.
  • Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) vault and office area.
  • The Secret Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
