Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist/Senior Test Engineer for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division at the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate’s Technology Integration Division (AFRL/RWI).

JOB DETAILS

JOB STATUS: Full Time
TRAVEL: 5-10%
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Master’s Degree
- 10 Years of Experience
- Secret Clearance with ability to maintain Top Secret (US Citizenship required)
- Prior AF or DoD experience with Developmental and/or Operational Flight Test
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, maintaining multiple spreadsheets & tracking test events and test data
- DAWIA Test and Evaluation Level II, or Practitioner desired
- Air Delivered weapons testing experience is highly desired.
- Provide support for test planning and execution, to include defining test objectives and data requirements, participation in pre-test technical and safety reviews, and analysis of test data.
- Provide real-world operator/warfighter experience and expertise on next-generation weapon development capability planning and problem-solving
- Provide cross-functional team support with expertise in acquisition program management, test and evaluation, aircraft operations, and international military affairs
- Provide technical advice on new, high profile quick reaction Science and Technology demonstration programs
