Requirements-
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year in customer service.
- Skills: Reading, math, legible writing, MS Office, databases, spreadsheets.
- Competencies: Strong communication, customer presentation, teamwork, professionalism.
Responsibilities-
- Ensures timely equipment delivery with inventory control and CC teams.
- Coordinates installs with sales/account managers.
- Analyzes data and workflows using databases/spreadsheets.
- Schedules deliveries, pick-ups, and relocations with customers.
- Maintains Oracle DFF, CC notes, and Zoom Screen.
- Creates manual orders when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
