We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist, who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the Cash Receipts Process._

Job Description :
Ensure cash receipts are applied accurately and promptly.
Verify cash receipts from checks, ACHs, wires, and credit card transactions.
Maintain efficient levels of token and credit card payment processing.
Answer incoming calls in the phone queue, handling customer inquiries and processing credit card payments.
Achieve and maintain 100% accuracy in cash application.
Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
Address and resolve miscellaneous unapplied cash receipts.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years in cash applications; 5 years preferred.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
