A chemical manufacturer is seeking a Chemical Lab Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a team that takes pride in their company culture and work.

This role is located outside of Columbia in Elgin, SC
Pay Rate :
23-$25 / hr
Schedule
Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Chemical Lab Technician Responsibilities :
Perform laboratory experiments based on written or verbal instructions.
Help with troubleshooting existing products.
Neatly document all data and observations in an official laboratory notebook.
Complete routine analysis as needed during laboratory experiments.
Support pilot and plant production during start-ups.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to ship non-hazardous materials.
Ability to help out QC when needed. Participate in Haz-op for new processes as needed
Chemical Lab Technician Requirements :
B.S. in Chemistry or scientific field preferred
Experience in Quality Control / Process development
