Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager whose role focuses on ensuring customer success and satisfaction. This role demands a unique skill set, as you will serve as both the voice of the customer and an advocate for our products and services.

Trenton, NJ
Up to 25 per hr
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Oversee order activities and achieve key deliverables to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service management.
Make informed decisions aligned with financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
Ensure all activities comply with company goals regarding safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma required.
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio.
At least 3 years of B2B service management experience with a proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
Experience in the distribution and / or chemical industry is desirable.
