Responsibilities
Has thorough knowledge of prices, delivery, promotional mailings, and any other information that is needed to answer customer calls. Handle all incoming contacts from internal & external customers. Provide information and resolution to customer queries and issues. Enter all orders. Handle calls pertaining to product and service complaints and enter all relevant information into the complaint tracking system. Triage service & repair calls to resolve the issue or contact the appropriate department to help the customer with resolution. Acts as a point of contact for daily operational questions / information as it relates to a specific area of assignment. Maintains service documents / tools used by department (both on and off-line) for specific area of assignment.
Requirements
Must have 3 years in a call center environment Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
