Pay : $25-$27 / hr
Shift : M-F 1 st shift
Type : Contract to hire
You will leverage your expertise to support the production of high-quality recombinant AAV vectors. Your role will focus on executing manufacturing processes with precision, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards, and contributing to the team's success through operational excellence and technical proficiency.
Education & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 0-3 years of hands-on industrial experience in biologics manufacturing
Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, TFF, FPLC affinity purification, and other related unit operations is desired
Experience in GLP and / or GMP-grade biologics manufacturing is highly desirable.
Responsibilities :
Perform detailed, high-yield AAV vector production to support a variety of early research programs in a timely and efficient manner.
Execute established manufacturing procedures and SOPs, ensuring precision in all unit operations involved in viral vector production.
Maintain accurate and complete batch records for all vector productions, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Analytics team to manage samples, conduct timely testing, and ensure data generation and vector release
Contribute to routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to uphold operational excellence.
