Job Description :
Manage various product management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid.
Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Prepare estimated timelines based on project scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
Oversee cross-functional teams for project execution and evaluate project performance.
Manage day-to-day project activities, communicate updates, and assess risks, involving stakeholders early if roadblocks arise.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, facilitating project closure and reviewing standard procedure documents.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business, science, or a related field required; advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least two (2) years in project management.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes, including data governance and data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva Compass, and Symphony.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management and teams, and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure environments and guide teams toward project goals.
