Our Head of Data Management position is a great opportunity to oversee the data management activities of this excellent company while working in a REMOTE environment!
We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills :
7-10 years in data management
3 years as lead data manager
Oncology database design experience
Pay : $150k (depending on experience)
Schedule : 1 st shift
Type of Job : Direct Hire
Location : Remote

Head of Data Management Daily Tasks : What you will do :
Join forces with cross-functional Clinical teams to ensure high quality and on time delivery of study level data.
Manage outsourced data management activities by ensuring the design, development and maintenance of clinical databases.
Ensure databases meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data management service providers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop an internal data review process.
Oversee internal data review process and issuing / resolution of queries.
Develop global CRF library for re-use on future studies to improve study database build timelines.
Ensure timely and appropriate reconciliation of external data sources against clinical databases on assigned studies.
Head of Data Management Qualifications / Requirements :
B.S. in Life Sciences industry, computer science, or related
Oncology database design experience
7 years of data management experience
3 years as lead data manager
