Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a
Production Worker
to support their quality team! They are seeking a self-starter looking to build their experience and skills in the food industry, within quality and regulatory at their site in Cerritos, CA.
Schedule :
1st or 2nd shift OT as needed
Pay :
18 / hr - $20 / hr
6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!
Responsibilities :
Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment
Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process
Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment
Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs
Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data
Requirements :
Bachelor's in science or Highschool diploma
1-4 years experience in food manufacturing in quality preferred
Must be able to work fully on site (no remote options available)
