Our client seeks someone to oversee in-process verification, final inspections, and release procedures in manufacturing. If you have experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or assembly verification and are adaptable for cross-functional inspections, we want to hear from you!

Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM and 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Responsibilities
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Manual and relevant regulations (cGMP, MDD, SOPs).
Conduct inspections of kits, parts, and shipping packages, documenting findings.
Correct errors in kits or return them to production, tracking all issues.
Review batch records for compliance with good documentation practices.
Process necessary paperwork for assembly lots and communicate with management.
Ensure adherence to regulations among colleagues.
Palletize, pack, stage, and manage accepted kits and orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Inspect labeling and packaging of completed kits and conduct final inspections.
Conduct inspections and testing of kit components, including first article inspections.
Apply quality control methods consistently for effective product inspection.
Identify non-compliant materials in kit assemblies.
Follow acceptance sampling procedures for labeling, in-process, shipping, and final inspections.
Record results accurately and track assembly errors.
Review batch records to ensure compliance with documentation best practices.
