Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Perform hands-on operations: equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing
- Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
- Draft and revise SOPs and MPs
- Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines
- Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE (steel-toe shoes, gowning, gloves)
- Lift up to 35 lbs, move objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
- Prior lab exposure or experience in batch chemicals/chemical processing
