The Category Manager for Professional Services will develop and execute procurement strategies our clients professional services category, including Contingent Labor and Consulting services. This role focuses on reducing costs, managing supplier performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Key responsibilities include conducting market assessments, leading RFIs and RFPs, negotiating supplier contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The Category Manager will also manage category performance, align strategies with business goals, and improve supplier quality, service levels, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for Professional Services.
- Lead RFIs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations.
- Drive supplier performance improvements and manage risk.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving projects.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in procurement or category management.
- Experience managing Contingent Labor programs and leading sourcing initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
