Pay: 110K-120K DOE
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with VP, creating, implementing, and sustaining Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Formulates corrective action plans within Environmental Health and Safety.
- Ensure that EHS procedures are properly documented and communicated across the organization, and that the company remains fully compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and local EHS regulation.
- Perform and oversee MESH assessments, PSM/RMP audits, PHA revalidation audits, and other EHS-related audits.
- Lead and carry out incident investigations
- Spearhead waste reduction and emissions minimization initiatives.
- Manage Air Permits, NDPES Permits, DOT related Permits
- Keeps detailed records of hazards, follow-up actions, and inspection data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant environmental health and safety experience.
- OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk management plans.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulatory standards.
- Minimal Travel Required – 4 times a year
