Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global COA/PRO strategies with development teams
- Assist in COA/PRO instrument selection and implementation
- Ensure alignment of COA/PRO endpoints for regulatory and reimbursement needs
- Develop and validate COA/PRO instruments for trials and studies
- Conduct literature searches to support strategies
- Produce scientific communications (abstracts, presentations, etc.)
- Stay updated on COA/PRO methodologies and guidelines
Education:
- PhD in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or related field with 3 years of COA industry experience, OR
- Master’s with 5 years of COA experience, OR
- Bachelor’s with 10 years of COA experience
- Familiar with COA/PRO endpoint strategies for regulatory and reimbursement agencies
- Knowledge of COA/PRO development, validation, and analysis
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with COA/PRO-related publications and presentations
