- Laboratory leadership
- 7 years of bench experience
Pay: $100k-$120k
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:15p
Type of Job: Direct Hire
Location: 100% onsite- Oak Brook

Formulation Chemist Lead Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Formulate new recipes
- Scale up new formulations
- Understand the technical, regulatory, competitive, cost, operational, project timing, etc aspects that go into scaling up products to make an organization successful.
- Propose solutions to raw material issues when working with vendors
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and documentation of work
- Keep up with new industry trends
- Collaborate with other internal teams
Formulation Chemist Lead Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical OTC industry
- 7-10 years of Product formulation experience (personal care products/ OTC products)
