Biotech Research company leading the way in transformative nuclear medicine for oncology therapeutics is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in support of scientific research performed as part of preclinical Research and Development.
Pay: $35-$45/hr DOE
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p fully onsite
Type of Job: 6-month assignment w/ potential to convert perm.
Recruiter II / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including interviewing and recommending qualified candidates from both internal and external sources.
- Build relationships with staffing agencies, colleges, and job fairs to improve recruitment efforts.
- Work well with all staff and management to support recruitment for different departments.
- Extend offers to candidates and assist with relocation if needed.
- Oversee job advertising to attract the right candidates.
- Stay informed about company compensation, benefits, and policies
Qualifications:
- 2-4yrs of blended experience recruiting at an agency and corporate levels.
- Experience with HRIS experience; PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Previous recruiting experience within medical device manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related industry!
