Our Life Sciences Recruiter position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Biotech company!
Pay: $35-$40/hr
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Type of Job: Contract (6 months w/ potential to convert perm)
Location: (100% on-site Plano)
At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Life Sciences Recruiter Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent within the life sciences industry.
- Utilize industry knowledge and networking skills to source, interview, and recommend candidates for roles that advance scientific research and innovation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and labor market conditions.
- Extend offers to candidates.
- Prepare and present workforce planning and recruiting expertise.
Life Sciences Recruiter Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
- B.S. degree or 4 years of related experience
- 2 years of recruiter experience (agency and corporate)
- HRIS experience (PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Recruiting experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, radiopharmaceutical)
