Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage production schedules for manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate material orders, inventory, and raw material requests with Supply Chain.
- Review and update BOMs and batch strategies for new product introductions.
- Maintain dashboards for resource forecasting and process scheduling.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and CAPA activities.
- Assist with regulatory audits, change controls, and new technology integration.
- Provide on-call support and contribute to facility shutdowns and restarts.
