Duties:
- Verify and log incoming electromechanical devices, ensuring compliance with return criteria.
- Process customer returns, maintain traceability, and conduct investigations.
- Review product details (serial/part numbers) to confirm accuracy.
- Maintain lab equipment calibration and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot returned devices and document findings.
- Order materials for lab investigations and maintain organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, etc.) on product/process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and regulatory standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in material intake.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with medical device complaint files, FDA regulations (21 CFR 820 & 803), and ISO 13485.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
Salary : $23 - $26
