Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method improvement for ELISA, live virus/bacterial titrations, and hemagglutination assays.
- Collaborate with R&D, QC, and cross-functional teams on analytical solutions.
- Lead investigations for Quality Control assay improvements.
- Audit and analyze data for statistical evaluation and regulatory submission.
- Support commercialization and reference management activities, including report writing.
- Ensure good documentation practices and lab upkeep.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Bacteriology, Biology, Genetics, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in a lab role (animal health R&D or industry preferred).
- MUST HAVE: Expertise in ELISA and virus titrations required.
- Proficiency in technical writing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
