Our biopharmaceutical client is seeking an Upstream Manufacturing Associate to join their team!
Schedules : 3rd shift (Monday-Friday 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am)
Type : Contract to hire
Pay : $28-$38 / hr, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Performing weighing and dispensing materials.
- Inoculating mammalian or cytokine cells, and conducting fermentation and harvest processes.
- Managing chromatography columns and TFF operations.
- Performing in-process testing, including pH, conductivity, spectrophotometer, osmometer, cell counts, and more.
- Preparing media and buffer solutions.
- Accurately completing Batch Records and other cGMP documentation in a timely manner.
- Removing and disposing of soiled materials from manufacturing areas.
- Ensuring that manufacturing areas meet cleanroom standards and conditions.
- Reporting any nonconformance or events occurring during the shift to the Supervisor.
- Assisting with technology transfers from Process Development to cGMP Manufacturing.
- Adhering to all safety, cGMP, and company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and standards.
