Job Scope
As Acquisition Manager at Astro Industries, Inc., you will play a vital role in the company’s growth strategy by identifying, analyzing, and executing merger and acquisition opportunities aligned with the interests of Astro Industries, Inc. and its subsidiary companies. Astro Industries is a privately held, family-owned enterprise focused on sustained growth and diversification within its market sectors.
You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Team in evaluating acquisition targets, negotiating deals, conducting due diligence, and ensuring the successful integration of acquired businesses into the Astro portfolio. Your work will directly support the expansion and profitability of the following wholly owned subsidiaries of Astro Industries, Inc.:
- Astro Instrumentation & Electrical, Inc.
- Astro Engineering Services, Inc.
- Astro Specialized Services, Inc.
- Astro Compression Services, Inc.
- Astro Runner, Inc.
- Astro Field Services, Inc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify potential acquisition targets within relevant markets that align with Astro Industries’ strategic goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to assess target companies’ value propositions.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis to determine the feasibility and benefits of potential acquisitions.
- Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts, collaborating with legal, financial, and operational teams.
- Negotiate acquisition terms, including purchase agreements and post-acquisition integration plans.
- Develop strategies to integrate acquired companies into Astro Industries’ existing operations to ensure smooth transitions.
- Regularly report on M&A progress, providing insights, risks, and recommendations to the Executive Team.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all stages of the M&A process.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industries related to Astro Industries and its subsidiaries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary: $120,000 per year.
- After 90 Days:
- A company truck will be provided for business and reasonable personal use.
- A company credit card will be issued with a $1,200 monthly expense limit.
- To increase the monthly limit, an Expense Increase Form (821AI81) must be submitted and approved by management.
